Monitoring & Rebooting

Taking care of a virtual server is a challenging task. You either have to do the work all by yourself and devote your time to monitoring your virtual server, or else you need to arrange a 3rd–party tool whose sole mission will be to monitor your Virtual Private Server. And this is exactly where our Managed Servers deal can comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your Virtual Private Server will be included in our custom–built monitoring software system, which will monitor all the critical services. And in case of a service problem, our skilled sysadmins will be alerted at once and they will fix the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is very important – one never knows when something could go wrong. And with our Managed Servers offer, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your entire VPS, not just of your content, without you having to set up or configure anything. What’s more the backup copies will be placed on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard drives. This implies that your hosted content will always be safe, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Server, you will have full freedom to install any script or service on your it. Yet, certain scripts are harder to run and may require some additional setup on your part. This is where our Managed Servers option will help you out. It features 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting operations – in other words you can literally employ one of our competent server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation of any software program whatsoever that you desire. And/or have him rectify a trouble that you are experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on with our KVM VPS Servers.
