A: When your present hosting provider can no longer meet the requirements of your web site, or when you undergo regular network downtime, or if you are forced to wait for hours for the client support staff to reply to you, it might be smart to change your hosting provider, i.e. to move all the files for your websites along with your databases from your present provider to your new provider. At Creative Web Solutionz, we understand that this can often be hard and time–consuming. That’s the reason why we will do all that for you at no cost!Our professional technical team reps will migrate your site content from your current web hosting provider to us. Our techs have got extensive experience migrating web sites and can handle anything – from a standard WordPress weblog or Joomla^™ CMS–powered website, to a highly complex, custom–built application.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time window, because there are a lot of variables, among them the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to transfer your website within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the content is not large).

A: We don’t require any information that is personal. We will require, though, the login info for your current hosting account along with the name of the web site that you want to move.

A: Before we can begin the migration of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share precisely the same info you have provided to your previous web host. We’ve also got an extremely rigorous Privacy Policy, which describes how sensitive info is handled.

A: Nope. Your website will stay available online during the transfer. As soon as everything is done on our end, we’ll notify you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything’s OK, all you will have to do is change your domain’s DNS settings.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your website from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform as long as we can receive access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we’re unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software apps like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
